RETURN & REFUND POLICY

I do not accept returns or process refunds. In the event your item arrives damaged, I require photos of the damaged contents + packaging to issue a replacement at no additional cost. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me so that I can resolve the issue & make it right!

Turnaround Time

Typical processing time is 3-5 business days. However, these time frames may vary. Please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the page for the current processing time frame.

Sign Material

All signs are made of wood + paint. I do not use vinyl on my signs. Please note that since each piece of wood is unique, there may be unique features such as knots or lines in the wood. I strive for the best quality when I hand pick wood, however I also love the unique touch it provides.

Doormat Care

- Gently shake, pat the back, and/or vacuum.

- Spot clean with a damp cloth.

- Do not allow your doormet to get completely wet. In the event your doormat does get wet, simply hang to dry.

- Tell your doormat it looks pretty today.
